Busy Parent Hack: Quick Pizza Breakfast


Here's a quick fix for the children's breakfast! Mornings are usually the most hectic part of my day, and preparing breakfast is one of the greatest challenges I face. I hope this will give you an idea for a healthy quick fix breakfast for your children.


Ingredients: - Wholemeal pizza base

- Baby pasta sauce

- Boiled chicken breast (shredded)

- Cherry tomatoes

- Mozzarella cheese

- Mint leaves (chopped)


Method:

  1. Spread pasta sauce thinly on pizza base

  2. Place shredded chicken breast evenly spaced out

  3. Follow with cherry tomatoes

  4. Place cheese to cover ingredients

  5. Top with chopped mint leaves
