Near the Kremlin in Moscow stands Russia's most famous artistic work of architecture.

Commonly referred to as Saint Basil's Cathedral, it is also known by many names including the Cathedral of Vasily the Blessed, Saint Basil the Blessed, Pokrovsky Cathedral, Russian Svyatoy Vasily Blazhenny and Pokrovsky Sobor,

Just a stone throw away from my hotel, the sight of this Christian church accompanied me from sunrise to sunset. It looks majestic and beautiful from every angle and in different light. This make Saint Basil's Cathedral one of the most photographed and recognizable symbols of Russia.

It reminds me how much I miss spending time in Moscow.
