Are U Hungry š?
@ Teck Ghee Food Centre, 341 Ang Mo Kio Ave 1. Stall : Eng Kee Bak Kut Teh (ę°øč®°čéŖØč¶) #01-04.
Ordered my all-timed favourite Bak Kut Teh w/ 2 bowls of rice š š @ $6.50 + $0.5 x 2 = $7.50.
Whatās so good š?
Coming to this Prime Minister Leeās ward @ Teck Ghee/ AMK GRC, always captivated me with the beautiful kampong murals - of Old Ang Mo Kio(AMK) as painted by Mr Yip, an accomplished artist.
His works are nearly everywhere in Singapore šøš¬ ! Depicting Singaporeā yesteryears of kampong days ... š® š¤© (more to come ... š)
I am just doing my little part, to incorporate Street mural arts into foodie blogs to enhance the identity of the place so that young and old generations can appreciate our history of Singapore, just as much as our Hawker food culture within our vicinity! šš» š
This time round, itās Bak Kut Teh, clear broth soup with herbs, peppery taste and not overpowering and so tastefully and flavourfully and scored well with the Bak Kut (Pork ribs) and the meat w/ bone š: part meat and little fat, of reasonable bigger size in comparison though... š® š¤© āļø š
Itās meat, tenderly soft and ease of biting and tearing too, pairing with the sweeten dark soya sauce with cut chillies š¶, tasted with gladness and greatness ! šš»
I had a replenishment of its peppery soup which I lovin it coupled with extra bowl of rice, these shall last me till later afternoon ...
Itās Bak Kut Teh ... Yummily š Great š!
