Ordered my all-timed favourite Pork Trotters w/ rice 🍚 @ $6.50 + $0.5 X 2 bowls = $7.50.

It’s been many years since I last set my foot here at this Teck Ghee Hawker Centre.

Has the standard remain ?

Well, after 20mins of waiting in the Q, almost fainting under the intense heat and feeling hungry as a bear 🐻...

As usual photo eats 1st and the enormous humongous size of the Pig Trotters 🐷, as she cut the meat out for ease of biting.

The broth of stewed braised pork trotters so intense and flavourful with lighted saltiness, with its premium thick soya dark sauce and herbs used, under slow fire 🔥 cooking their signature dish ...

Braised fresh tenderised meat, sliced out, easy to bite off, and the layer fat, I just pinched a little for my appetite, I am so famished that I asked for 2nd bowl of rice, with its gravy sprinkled down, pairing the meat with the cut chillies 🌶 😮

Looking around at other tables, the pig trotters seemed to be the favourite choice for most of us eating here. Though, I had requested for a bowl of the Bak Kut Teh soup earlier but was outright rejected on the ground that what if people start to ask for it ... Really meh 😑? Never mind ... I shall order a cup of tea kosong to cleanse my diet after makan.

The standard still remained consistent after so many years ... it‘s always so pleasing to be able to eat great delectable Old School tradition of Pig Trotters at its best here !
