What’s so good 😊?

Now, U do not have to fly to Hong Kong to savour one of their best Egg tarts offering, as it had already landed in Singapore 🇸🇬 some years ago ... 😮 🤩

I had it 1 month+ ago and decided to have a 2nd go again, to have a better take and to do a writeout about it ... 😮

So, here I am ...

Observing around the inside of the shop revealed many things ... one thing that stands out is the Press machine on the right that does the forming of the mould of the dough to their signature shape in the metal mould. It’s definitely one of their most productive machine ever ... single person manning !

With specially imported ingredients from Hong Kong directly and likely with some local suppliers too, the egg tarts lend its weight of the originality and authenticity of Hong Kong (HK) 🇭🇰 egg tarts flavour ... 🤩

As I brought the egg tarts to have a bite at nearby coffee shop; the pluffy and not so thick flaky skin is a testimony of HK flavours, followed by its fillings of egg custard added with slight dosage of vanilla to mitigate the smell of eggy, soft creamy texture inside so flavourfully and tastefully ✅; not too sweet is the call of the morning as I bite deeper and in no time finished it ; has consistency skin, texture and great fillings that wow-ed me greatly ! 😮 🤩 ⭐️ 👍

From the shop front, the enclosed case lighted with their repertoire offerings of its expanded products beyond egg tarts to include closed pastries from roasted char siew bun to lotus paste pastry to curry bun and many other products & stuffings offering etc.

The experienced Baker Chef in their shop shall be crucial to its authenticity and quality assurance and consistency of its brand and its signature core products shall ensure its survivability in these pandemic time, despite stiff competition in the bakery arena ...
