Singapore Hawker Food : Fried Hokkien Mee

Are U Hungry šŸ˜‹?

@ 62B Jalan Eunos/ Jalan Kechot road, this unassuming corner kopi shop where you will site this stall: ā€œKimā€™s Famous Fried Hokkien Meeā€ helmed by this senior man, Mr Kim in his 70s ...

As a matter of fact: a big coloured banner hanging out of the kopi shop, pictured him as the ā€œKing šŸ‘‘of Fried Hokkien Mee !ā€ šŸ˜®

Ordered 1 plate of $5 for dine-in.

Whatā€™s so good šŸ˜Š?

I had the privileged of Uncle Kim to fry for me and he obliged with the photo taking too !

Within 10mins, my plate came ... I liked the presentation with its fried pork lard diced around. I chopsticked into the famed Fried Hokkien Mee and itā€™s a Bingo !

Nice texture of his noodles (pre-fried mixture of yellow noodles and white noodles with garlics) with crunchy pork lard that add fragrance and kick !

Itā€™s garnished of spring onions added green colour and flavour to its fried noodles! Itā€™s sambal chillies šŸŒ¶ spicy great šŸ‘ and generous servings of prawns šŸ¦ and slices of sotong stripes ...

His cooking style - not wet but drier and his legendary Fried Hokkien Mee still relatively the same as before inhibited the same old school/ traditional taste, reminiscence of a great Chef šŸ‘ØšŸ»ā€šŸ³ of yesteryears ... valid till today !

Uncle Kim always look smart and wears a long sleeve shirt and long pant, with a golden Rolex watch on his left hand, driving a 300 series white Mercedes car šŸš˜ parked at the back/ side of his shop.

I finished my dinner/supper meal in super quick time as I am hungry as a bear šŸ» in exactly 8 mins flat; topped with extra sambalised chillies šŸŒ¶ made my evening feel great ... itā€™s one of my craving all-timed favourite, my kind of comfort food šŸ„˜! šŸ˜® šŸ¤© āļø šŸ‘

Itā€™s Legendary Fried Hokkien Mee @ Itā€™s Best. Simply Yummily šŸ˜‹ Great šŸ‘!
