Ordered my all-timed favourite Fried Oysters Omelette @$8.00/ plate.

What’s so good 😊?

Taken the Q saucer and awaited for about 10mins, alarm triggered and collected my plate of Fried Oysters Omelette.

The freshness of the part raw Oysters and the sizes of each individual oyster is huge by local standard, is so telling of its quality. Seeing is believing, that’s the real thing of at least 12 Oysters 🦪 in total.

It’s unbelievably true ! Never seen that kind of sizes in the many stalls of Fried Oysters visited ...😮🤩 ⭐️ 👍

The starchiness with the potatoes 🥔 flour (typically used) coupled with the generosity of abundance of eggs 🥚, created the crispness on the outside, soft and gluey in the inside, stretch-ably great 👍... 😮 🤩 ⭐️

Pairing with the vinegar infused chillies 🌶, the inherent taste of the Oysters 🦪 freshness coupled with the spiciness of the sambal chillies 🌶, created the explosion within inside your mouth 👄, as it’s juices oozes out inside your mouth.

Time and again, the quality and consistency endured and sustained !
