What’s so good 😊?
Whenever I feel home and wanting warm yet traditional heritage food ... it’s always this stall that offers my comforting Mee Sua Soup with 90% done ✅ Liver ... 😮 🤩
It takes less than 5 mins of ordering as I sat down and going through Facebook postings and approving new posts ... my order came, served piping hot 🔥 with photography eats 1st.
As part of innards habit, as always I shall scooped up the soup to have a good sipped 1st! The intense flavouring of herbalised broth, thick and flavourfully. It truly warmed the cockles of my heart ❤️.
Then, I chopsticked the Mee Sua (fine strand of noodles made from wheat flour or other flour type...) cooked to perfection. Plentiful though. Added chillies 🌶, next its 90% done ✅ fresh Pork liver thinly slices, soft and soothing and one of the super dense food, full of vitamins & great nutrients (see below under article). It also help to replenish lost blood 🩸 per its rich iron content inside the pork liver. 😮 🤩 ⭐️ 👍
As I had requested for Liver only. Other option include pork lean meat, kidney etc. The stall also sells herbal chickens too and of different unique flavouring like sesame style and Zichar style of wok frying per your ala-carte menu ordering akin to a mini Restaurant in its own setting ... Wow!
My style of eating has been ... leave no remnants behind, including the yummy nutrients infused soup or broth! All cleared within 15mins... full of great nutrients !😮 🤩
