Singapore Hawker Food : Mutton Briyani

Are U Hungry šŸ˜‹?

@ Blk 79 Telok Blangah Drive Food Centre.

Stall : Sabeen Sara - Prata & Briyani #01-07

Bought my all-timed favourite Mutton Briyani @ $5.50.

Whatā€™s so good šŸ˜Š?

Cooked fresh daily and usually run out fast during lunch time and by 2:00pm closed shop ...

Their USP - Unique Selling proposition : served piping hot šŸ”„, 1st scooped up the 1/2 portion of Basmati rice šŸš then pick the mutton šŸ‘ meat w/ bone šŸ– then add the 2nd half portion of Basmati rice on top of it. Followed by the spicy šŸŒ¶ creamy curry on a smaller plate. šŸ˜® šŸ¤©

Itā€™s basmati rice cooked to become fluffy, soft, warm, yellow colour made from yellow ginger and itā€™s spices mixed not too intense, just right for me ... whilst itā€™s creamy curry šŸ› good spiciness level 4 out of 5, with great flavouring ... šŸ˜®

Next, itā€™s tenderised mutton, easily bite off and intensely infused with spices thatā€™s atypical for Indian Muslim stall šŸ˜® šŸ¤© āļø šŸ‘

If mutton meat is NOT to your liking taste bud, other choice include Chicken šŸ“; Prata - plain, egg, onion šŸ§…, cheese šŸ§€ etc.

Itā€™s my monthly ritual to eat Mutton Briyani as itā€™s really good and highly recommended after sampling so many stalls island wide, one of the few that deserved strong recommendation! šŸ¤© āļø

Itā€™s Mutton Briyani Yummily šŸ˜‹ Great šŸ‘!
