Whatā€™s so good šŸ˜Š?

This was the stall that I want to savour itā€™s food from ... had passed the stall many a times but the Q ... a little turn off ! šŸ˜“

As the stall opens from 11:30am onwards .. itā€™s always great to come early ! My Q was relatively ok, just 12 mins of waiting time and the steaming process with šŸ‘Œ within 5 mins.

DIY the fine cut or shredded ginger (as I was told), added vinegar for greater tingy taste, brought the two baskets on a tray to table ... šŸ˜® šŸ¤©

Photo eats 1st ... Thatā€™s blogger occupational hazard ! šŸ˜® šŸ¤©

Chopstick-ed the nearest XLB, dipped into the ginger infused vinegar saucer, lined some fine ginger slices on top of XLB and put into mouth šŸ‘„!

Bite off the bottom side to allow the soup of the XLB to flow out, juicy and warm and tastefully; then bit off the finely minced meat, so delectable, savoury and delightful, itā€™s skin dough silky soft and finely rolled upon...

In quick succession, I consumed 5pcs at just one go ! šŸ˜® šŸ¤© āļø šŸ‘

My take :

1. Freshly fold and hand šŸ– šŸ¤š made and hand crafted, on the spotāļø

2. DIY finely cut ginger and vinegar into saucer sparringly, take what U need. āļø

3. Served piping hot šŸ”„ āļø šŸ‘

4. Juicy and savoury finely minced marinated, with nice thin dough ! āļø šŸ‘

5. Semi-Automated machine to increase productivity, thinner dough and minced meat machine to aid food production and increased overall productivity! āļø šŸ‘

6. Value for money šŸ’°! āļø šŸ‘

As I researched and uncovering, this stall has attained a mention in Michelin 2018 & 2019 Street Food Festival.

Chef Li Feng Cai (owner) and family originated from Anhui, China. Was told that he was an ex-Ding Tai Fung Chef, but unable to verify at this juncture ... please donā€™t compare his XLBs with DTF due to time, space and manpower constraint ...

The great value šŸ’° and great taste šŸ˜‹ good enough to justify its XLBs, as I have yet to savour the rest of his products offerings ... šŸ˜® šŸ¤©

As Always ... Itā€™s XLBs ... Yummily šŸ˜‹ Great šŸ‘!
