Hong Dingzhao, executive chef at the luxury boutique SO Sofitel Singapore, joins Affluent Society, a global business, lifestyle and social media owned by Platinum Circle. Dingzhao shares his personal slice of Singapore-French gastronomy with Affluent Society readers and followers as part of the media's Food Craving Series. He will also be a guest judge and critic in the media's Eat the World Singapore Edition as a Singaporean chef.

About Executive Chef Hong Dingzhao: Having worked in the industry for 16 years, culinary maestro and Executive Chef Hong Dingzhao chooses to make a name for himself outside of local cuisine, upending stereotypes that Singaporean chefs only make Singaporean food. He believes cooking is an art, and his passion for authenticity is why he often lets his Singaporean roots shine, presenting his own interpretation of what modern fusion can be.
