Congratulations to all the winners of this year's Sony World Photography Awards.
Produced by the World Photography Organisation, this annual awards is one of the most important fixtures in the global photographic calendar. It is a global voice for photography and provides a vital insight into contemporary photography today. The wining works and those of shortlisted photographers are exhibited at Somerset House in London.
The award consists of ten categories in the Professional competition as well as the Open, Student and Youth competitions.
This year's Photographer of the Year title is awarded to Pablo Albarenga from Uruguay for his series Seeds of Resistance.
